By using this website or engaging Clear Horizon Pools for services, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

Services

Clear Horizon Pools provides pool cleaning, repair, remodeling, inspection, and related services in the Oklahoma City metro area. All services are subject to scheduling availability and are confirmed in writing or by phone prior to work beginning.

Payment

Payment terms are provided at the time of service agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt unless a separate arrangement has been made in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Clear Horizon Pools is not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by factors outside our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services rendered.
